LACON_STRUCTION was founded by the Graduate Civil Engineer T.E. Spyridon Lakonitis and is active in the field of private projects throughout Attica.

We design, organize and implement residential and commercial projects, tailored to the real needs of each client. From the initial study and the issuance of the necessary permits, to the supervision and completion of the work, we assume full responsibility for the project, consistently on schedule and budget.

We usually start with an initial communication and, if necessary, a site inspection. We record your needs, examine the technical data and propose the best solution. We then prepare a detailed offer and work schedule. With your approval, the process of design, licensing (where required) and work planning begins.

Yes. In addition to complete construction and renovation projects, we also undertake individual sections, such as bathroom, kitchen or other space renovations. We offer before-after photos, detailed technical descriptions and full supervision until completion.

The duration depends on the type and scope of the work. For example, a bathroom renovation is usually completed within 10–15 days, while a full home renovation requires more time. For every project, we provide you with a clear timeline and follow it consistently.

Yes. Civil Engineer Spyridon Lakonitis personally supervises every project, ensuring proper execution, safety, construction quality, and compliance with technical specifications. Direct communication with the engineer is a key element of our company.
